Parts of Me: A Therapist as Self Workshop
Price
$600
Duration
2 weekends
About the Course
Participants are limited to 30. This course will teach you the basics of IFS so that you can use it to become more aware of the parts of you that show up in the therapy room and in your clients. The first 2 days are didactic and experiential, with experiences with externalizing parts in sandtrays and through other techniques, including interviewing and getting to know your parts, and understanding your own system. The second weekend focuses on applying what was learned in weekend 1 by practicing with other therapists and really diving deep into your system.
